Rugrats offers support to parents aged 16-25 and is staffed by qualified workers and volunteers. It provides a playgroup-style environment where young people and their children can enjoy fun learning activities and gives young people the opportunity to meet together and support each other in a safe and friendly environment.

We meet every Wednesday between 11am and 3pm .

Rugrats also offers:

• An Outreach Support Service for parents unable to join us on Wednesdays
  
• Opportunity to discuss personal issues with someone
  
• Information on local health services available
  
• Free activities including day trips
