Sometimes we all have problems that are worrying. Sometimes it's difficult to talk to parents, friends or teachers about things that are making us anxious.Counselling is about helping you to work things out for yourself, making decisions and choices and helping you to look at things differently. It can help you to feel better about yourself. Talkzone is a professional counselling service operated by the Centre Place, but available to all young people aged 16-25 in Bassetlaw.

The service operates on an outreach basis - we can come and meet you in an agreed venue that is convenient and safe for you. You could use Talkzone to discuss:

• Problems with parents, carers or friends
  
• A tough time at school or at home
  
• The death of someone special
  
• Feelings of anger, confusion or other emotional difficulties
