We are open for drop-in sessions on:

Tuesday 11am - 3pm
Thursday 2pm - 5pm

We are also open outside these times to help young people with specific advice or information. In such cases, we see people by arrangement only. If you want to see us outside these times please contact us to let us know (and to make sure we're in!).

We also open on Wednesdays from 11am - 3pm for the Rugrats Young Parents Support Group.

On Thursday evenings, the centre is open from 5pm - 8pm for young people to meet and take part in activities, events and just getting together for the sake of it!
