
Our Programmes offer online interventions designed to help children and young people aged 11–25 develop skills to manage anxiety and anger. Parents and carers are also welcome and encouraged to attend alongside the young person.
A one hour online course providing:

Recognition – Identify physical and emotional signs of anxiety.
Reduction Techniques – Discover and practice strategies to reduce anxiety in daily life.
A one hour online course providing:
Understanding – Learn what anger is, the causes, and the effects on the body and mind.
Recognition – Identify physical and emotional signs of anger.
Reduction Techniques – Discover and practice strategies to manage anger effectively.
A one hour online course providing:
Understanding – Learn about the role and importance of sleep.
Recognition – Identify how sleep impacts the brain, physical health and mental health.
Improvement Techniques – Discover and practice strategies to improve your sleep.
Whether you’re a young person seeking tools to manage anxiety, anger or improve your sleep —or a parent/carer looking to offer support—these courses provide valuable knowledge and practical skills to build resilience and confidence.
