Talkzone Online Interventions 

Our Programmes offer online interventions designed to help children and young people aged 11–25 develop skills to manage anxiety and anger. Parents and carers are also welcome and encouraged to attend alongside the young person.

 

Anxiety Freedom

A two-part online course providing:
Understanding – Learn what anxiety is, its causes, and its effects on the body and mind.
Recognition – Identify physical and emotional signs of anxiety.
Reduction Techniques – Discover and practice strategies to reduce anxiety in daily life.

 

 

Anger Freedom

A one-part online course providing:
Understanding – Learn what anger is, its causes, and its effects on the body and mind.
Recognition – Identify physical and emotional signs of anger.
Reduction Techniques – Discover and practice strategies to manage anger effectively.

Whether you’re a young person seeking tools to manage anxiety or anger—or a parent/carer looking to offer support—these courses provide valuable knowledge and practical skills to build resilience and confidence.

How to Join

To book a place on either programme, please complete a referral form. Once submitted, we will book you onto the next available session. If you have already referred and are awaiting an appointment, you do not need to submit another referral. Please contact the office on 01909 479191 to book your place.

Please note:

  • Anxiety Freedom sessions run as two 60-minute sessions delivered over a two week period.

  • Anger Freedom sessions run as a single 60-minute session.

​

Please note that each programme runs once a month, so there may be a waiting time of up to 4 weeks.
