Anti-Bullying Week 10th -15th November 2025

This year for Anti-Bullying Week, we kicked off with Odd Socks Day!

We showed our support for Odd Socks Day by wearing our own odd sock combo to the office.

Most importantly, say Anti-Bullying Alliance, Odd Socks Day is designed to be fun! It’s an opportunity to encourage people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique!

There is no pressure to wear the latest fashion or to buy expensive costumes.  All you have to do to take part is wear odd socks to your school, at work of at home, it couldn’t be simpler!

Odd Socks day will take place on the first day of Anti-Bullying Week each year to help raise awareness of bullying.

So what is Bullying?

Anti-Bullying Alliance says "It's the repetitive, intentional hurting of one person or group by another person or group, where the relationship involves an imbalance of power. Bullying can be physical, verbal or psychological.

It can happen face-to-face or online."

Check out video for more information!

If you're the target of bullying, you can tell an adult that you trust - whether that's at school, college, work or at home.

If you've been bullied and need some support to deal with feelings of anxiety, loss of confidence or to talk about what happened to you, you can refer yourself to us at The Centre Place.

The referral form can be found here:
