As we approach Stress Awareness Month this April, we’re excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to boost wellbeing in your school, college, or organisation.

Talkzone, The Centre Place’s Counselling and Wellbeing Service, is offering the chance to win a fully funded Stress Awareness Course (normally £90) for your organisation.

This engaging and practical course is designed to help participants:

• Understand the causes and impact of stress

• Develop healthy coping strategies

• Build resilience and emotional wellbeing

Why Stress Awareness Matters

Stress Awareness Month is a national initiative dedicated to increasing understanding of stress and its effects on mental health. It’s an ideal time to reflect, reset, and bring wellbeing to the forefront of your organisation.

At Talkzone, we’re committed to supporting people of all ages with accessible, high‑quality emotional wellbeing services—so we're excited to share this opportunity with you.

Prize draw: The winning school, college, or education provider will be drawn on Monday 2nd March via random name generator, and we’ll be in touch to book the workshop for delivery during April 2026. Promotion of the competition and winners will be uploaded to social media.
