
Our aim
To provide free, professional and confidential support services to LGBT+ young people aged 11-25 and their families. We also provide services for professionals, including specialist training and consultation.
Group Support Sessions
Our weekly 11-16 and 16-25 group support sessions provide a safe space for LGBT+ young people to be themselves.
These group sessions take place at the Centre Place, and give young people the opportunity to meet friends, take part in activities, and access specialist support from our LGBT+ project workers.

One-to-One Support
In-person, online and outreach support sessions are available with our LGBT+ project workers. They can provide support and information around a range of issues, including:

Dealing with bullying
Counselling & Mental Health Support
Counselling and wellbeing support is available with our trained counsellors and mental health workers, who can support LGBT+ young people around a range of mental health issues. Our qualified counsellors will give young people the opportunity to express feelings, understand difficulties and identify coping strategies.
Family mediation is available upon request.

Parent & Carer Support
We offer one-to-one support sessions for parents and carers of LGBT+ young people aged 11-25.
These sessions are designed to give you the information to best support your child or young person, or to give parents or carers a space to discuss any issues they may be having.
To access these sessions, please complete a referral form for your child or young person and we can discuss parent or carer support during the assessment.
Services for Professionals
We offer specialised training and consultancy for professionals across the private, public and voluntary sector.
Our training and consultancy provides professionals with the opportunity to gain a range of valuable skills and knowledge that will enable them to confidently work with and support LGBT+ service users, customers, learners, employees and colleagues.
How to access our support
To access our LGBT+ groups, 1:1 support, or specialist counselling please complete a self-referral form, or ask a family member or trusted professional to complete a referral on your behalf.
Once we have received and accepted your referral, we will be in touch to discuss and arrange access to our support.
