Talkzone offers a monthly parents and carers group to parents/carers with a child or young person aged 0-25. Your child does not need to be engaging in the service for you to access peer support. The group will: ​ Enable parents and carers to discuss their child or young person's mental health and emotional wellbeing needs Discuss the impact this is having on themselves and/or the wider family. Staff facilitating the group will aim to: Hold a safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings Provide you with information and advice around coping techniques Signpost you and your family to additional support if required
